By engaging Milena Photography services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. The services include wedding photography, portrait sessions, fashion shoots, children photography, and related digital media services.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The deposit amount will be discussed and confirmed in writing before the session.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due in full on or before the scheduled session date. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and cash.
Late Payments: If payment is not received by the agreed date, Milena Photography reserves the right to postpone or cancel the session.
Client Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 30 days of the session date will forfeit the deposit.
Photographer Cancellation: In the rare event of cancellation by Milena Photography due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or a rescheduling option offered.
Weather-Related: Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost due to severe weather conditions.
Copyright: All photographs taken remain the intellectual property of Milena Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Personal Use: Clients receive the rights to use edited photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Commercial Use: Commercial use, reproduction, or resale of photographs requires separate written agreement and additional fees.
Portfolio & Marketing: Milena Photography reserves the right to use selected images for marketing, website, social media, and portfolio purposes unless the client opts out in writing.
Edited Images: Final edited images are typically delivered within 4-6 weeks of the session, depending on the package selected.
Storage: Digital files are safely stored and backed up. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies of delivered images.
Re-editing Requests: Minor edits are included in the package. Significant re-editing requests may incur additional charges.
Professional Responsibility: Milena Photography takes every precaution to ensure high-quality images. However, we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may affect image quality, such as poor lighting conditions, movement of subjects, or technical failures beyond our control.
Equipment Failure: In the unlikely event of equipment failure or loss of images due to technical malfunction, Milena Photography will offer a reshoot or full refund.
Client Liability: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Milena Photography from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the client's use of the photographs.

Client information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with privacy regulations. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Milena Photography's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. In no event shall Milena Photography be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws and courts of the United Kingdom.
Milena Photography reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services following modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, along with any written contract or agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the client and Milena Photography.
Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
